The selection process for the "AAA level well-known trademark brand" strictly follows the "Famous Trademark Brand Evaluation Standards", undergoes material review and on-site evaluation by third-party organizations, and is finally confirmed by experts from the Famous Trademark Brand Working Committee of the China Trademark Association. After no objections are raised in the public announcement, it officially receives this honor. This title aims to cultivate well-known trademark brands with market competitiveness and international influence, and help Chinese brands promote globally.

As the first group standard for well-known trademark brands in China, the "Evaluation Standards for Famous Trademark Brands" was jointly drafted and formulated by the China Trademark Association, multiple industry associations, universities, and authoritative media. Its aim is to guide enterprises to establish and improve their trademark brand creation, application, protection, and management systems, and actively promote the implementation of trademark brand strategies. This standard regulates the evaluation activities of well-known trademark brands from five dimensions: legal, management, market, financial, and social responsibility. The evaluation criteria include 5 primary indicators, 18 secondary indicators, and 42 tertiary indicators, ensuring the objectivity and impartiality of the evaluation.
